Staying motivated isn’t the end point, but it is where you start and how you start . Think about your goals and how you want to achieve them, how and why you want to reach them, it isn’t so easy, but at the end of it, you will be happy and satisfied with yourself.

- Have a vision for yourself, by doing this, you’re setting a clear goal on how you want the end results to be.
- Have passion for your goal, have the drive to get out of bed and get work doing.
- Follow up on your results , make sure everything is on the right track. ( having a little diary will help).
- Read motivational quotes, this will give the drive to do more.
- When you have achieved some goal, give yourself a threat, pamper yourself.
- Don’t be too hard on yourself, if things aren’t working out as you want them to, challenges arises, so, it’s perfectly fine. Get up and continue with the good work!
